An established and growing company in Buffalo, NY is in need of Shop Foreman to run the floor in their generator service department. You will be responsible for delegating and scheduling work to Technicians in the shop and dispatching Field Techs to service calls. You must maintain good customer relations with current customer base and develop new relationships as well. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working on diesel generators and have previous leadership and supervisory experience. Days, Monday - Friday $52,000 - $58,000/year. Salary is flexible based on experience level. The package includes heath and dental insurance with a 401K contribution.
